Company Achieves Breakthrough in Continuous Sodium Hypochlorite Process Package Performance

In early 2024, the company achieved a significant breakthrough in the performance of continuous sodium hypochlorite plants, expanding its presence into broader fields within gas-liquid mass transfer technology. Through the integration and upgrading of its original process route, the plant boasts the following key features:

① Continuous production with high automation, enabling unattended operation.

② Adoption of imported instruments ensures precise endpoint determination and superior product quality.

③ Stable operation: the temperature rise of the packing can be controlled within 5℃, minimizing sodium hypochlorite decomposition. The unit consumption of 32% liquid caustic soda is as low as 370kg/t of sodium hypochlorite (based on 10.5% available chlorine and 0.5% free alkali).

④ Advanced design of the main tower: equipped with specialized high-efficiency internal tower components, it delivers exceptional mass transfer efficiency. The tail gas at the top of the tower meets national emission standards and can be directly discharged without the need for secondary absorption.

⑤ Premium materials and craftsmanship: the main tower is constructed with steel-lined PTFE, while internal components and packing are made of PVDF. This ensures high reliability, simple operation, and virtually maintenance-free system performance.
