Breakthrough Achieved in the Performance of the Continuous Sodium Hypochlorite Process Package

We achieved a breakthrough in the performance of the continuous sodium hypochlorite device at the beginning of 2024, expanding into a broader field in the area of gas-liquid mass transfer. The company carried out integration and upgrading on the original process route, and the device has the following characteristics:

① Continuous production with a high degree of automation, allowing unattended operation.

② Imported instruments are used, enabling accurate judgment of the endpoint and resulting in high product quality.

③ The device operates stably. The temperature rise of the packing can be controlled within 5℃, and the decomposition amount of sodium hypochlorite is extremely small. The single consumption of 32% liquid caustic soda can be as low as 370 kg/t of sodium hypochlorite (calculated based on 10.5% available chlorine and 0.5% free caustic).

④ The main tower equipment in the device has an advanced design technology. By adopting the special technology of high-efficiency internal components of the tower, it has high mass transfer efficiency. The tail gas at the top of the tower meets the national emission standards and can be directly discharged without secondary absorption.

⑤ The main tower is made of steel lined with polytetrafluoroethylene. The internal components and packing of the tower are made of PVDF materials. With exquisite manufacturing, high reliability, simple operation, the system is basically maintenance-free.

Intelligent Solutions for Hydrogen Production from Water Electrolysis

Hydrogen production by water electrolysis is a process that generates hydrogen gas (H2) and oxygen gas (O2) through the electrolysis of water (H2O). Its basic principle is to use electrical energy to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen, and the reaction formula is: 2H2O→2H2+ O2.
